Qualifications

Due to the global nature of this role, candidates must be located on the U.S. East Coast. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience) 8+ years of experience in organic social media strategy and community management Proven track record of owning and scaling organic social channels (e.g., reputed company, Instagram, Facebook) Demonstrated success driving meaningful engagement (comments, shares, conversations, community participation)—not just follower growth Experience developing and executing global social content strategies and editorial roadmaps Strong experience translating reputed company or technical topics into compelling, audience-centric social storytelling Experience partnering cross-functionally with Brand, PR, Product Marketing, and Paid Media teams

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $133,120.00 - $208,000.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits.
