Client Services Project Manager- Dental Industry

Due to an internal promotion, we’re hiring a Client Services Project Manager to serve as the link between clients and Account Managers, ensuring multi-phase projects stay on track. We’ll provide full training for this role, so success is less about deep dental insurance knowledge and more about strong organization, follow-through, and keeping projects moving. You’ll learn the industry details over time. Account Managers own the client relationship, while the Project Manager drives execution. For services like insurance credentialing, PPO analysis, and contract negotiation, the PM becomes the day-to-day reputed company by managing timelines, coordinating resources, tracking reputed company, leading meetings, and ensuring accurate, on-time delivery. While the AM remains involved for strategy and escalations, the PM is the primary contact for active project work. This fully remote role is typically 40 hours per week, with flexibility between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM EST to support multiple time zones. What you’ll do As a Client Services Project Manager at Five Lakes, you’ll be the go-to person keeping client projects moving and everyone reputed company. You’ll manage a portfolio of projects from reputed company through completion, partnering with clients and internal teams, maintaining timelines, solving problems, and improving both processes and the client experience.
