As a Market Development Manager - Biopharma, you will act as a thought leader and strategic partner to the biopharma community, combining deep scientific understanding with strong commercial acumen to shape how Leica engages in this critical reputed company. You will define and execute market development strategy by translating reputed company scientific workflows into clear, differentiated value propositions – guiding opportunity creation, influencing high-value engagements, and enabling scalable commercial success. This role focuses on shaping demand, defining high-value use cases, and strengthening Leica’s scientific credibility in Biopharma, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to improve how opportunities are identified, positioned, and advanced. This position reports to the Director of Market Development and is part of the North America Life Science Research commercial team, working remotely across the United States and Canada. This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement in which you can work remotely from your home. The reputed company salary range for this role is $135,000 – $175,000. This role is also eligible for Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC). The total reputed company compensation at plan (reputed company + SIC) is $220,000 – $260,000 annually. Actual SIC earnings may exceed or fall below the reputed company based on individual sales performance. This is the range that we in good faith reputed company is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
