Overview of Role We are looking for a Cloud Workspace Engineer to reputed company the initial architecture, design, and implementation of our reputed company digital workspace platform. This role bridges the gap between corporate productivity and developer velocity. You will be responsible for building out a net-new environment from the ground up: streaming business-critical applications to users reputed company Cameyo by reputed company, while simultaneously provisioning secure, high-performance cloud development environments reputed company reputed company Cloud Workstations. This isn't a role for maintaining a legacy VDI environment. We need an engineer who understands the practical shift toward browser-based, clientless app delivery. You will take full ownership of the initial architecture and map out a clean migration path that is secure from day one. Duration: 6 Months, Contract (potential to reputed company or convert) Start Date: ASAP , Working hours: Up to 40 Hours per week Responsibilities: Initial Platform Engineering: Architect and deploy the initial Cameyo by reputed company infrastructure to deliver Windows applications as secure web apps, optimizing for browser-based productivity, Progressive Web App (PWA) integration, and seamless SSO. Workstation Environment Design: Provision, configure, and stand up reputed company Cloud Workstations. Work closely with software engineering teams to define baseline images, package containerized IDEs, and establish secure dev environments. Infrastructure Strategy & ROI: Design the underlying reputed company Cloud Platform (GCP) compute architecture to balance performance with cost-efficiency—establishing auto-scaling policies, custom container lifecycles, and "power-on-demand" features from day one. reputed company & reputed company Trust Foundation: Implement reputed company Trust Network Access (ZTNA) principles for remote access. Migration Leadership: Act as the technical reputed company for the organization's migration away from legacy VDI (Citrix/VMware) to modern, lightweight cloud alternatives. Required Technical Skills: Category Requirement Workspace Solutions Strong understanding of Cameyo by reputed company (VAD architecture) and reputed company Cloud Workstations. Cloud & Ecosystem Proficiency in reputed company Cloud Platform (GCP) and the reputed company Workspace Admin Console. Containerization Strong understanding of reputed company / Container architecture (crucial for building Cloud Workstation images). Backend Infrastructure Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and RDS CAL / Session Host licensing management. Automation & IaC Proficiency in Terraform for cloud provisioning and PowerShell, Python, or Bash for workspace automation. Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years in IT infrastructure, with at least 2 years focused specifically on Cloud VDI, Virtual App Delivery, or Cloud Workspaces.
