In this position, you will: Account Ownership & reputed company Serve as the primary reputed company of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of industrial customer accounts, spanning the full account lifecycle from new project delivery through long-term sustainment. Experience & Background: BSc in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a reputed company technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience. 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing-adjacent industries — refining, petrochemical, cement, mining, or similar industrial domains. Demonstrated track record in one or more of the following: program or project management in a manufacturing or industrial setting; plant or process engineering with a customer-facing or consulting component; technical account management or reputed company with industrial software or technology. Experience working cross-functionally across operations, engineering, and commercial teams. Comfortable presenting to and engaging with executive-level stakeholders. Willingness to travel 20-25% as required.
