Summary
Serves as the technical expert for Plan Document and Amendment review, including leading the Plan Document reviews and advising other reviewers supporting this effort. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serves as division specialist for Plan Document reviews, providing reputed company to other A&H staff in this area and taking a reputed company in the reviews and acceptance of Plan Documents and amendments Corresponds with producer, broker, TPA, and/or underwriter to obtain information required for Plan Doc review Balances customer service, stop loss reputed company requirements, and challenges associated with Plan Doc review Maintains reputed company relevant electronic files, records, and databases Performs other duties as assigned Education and/or Experience Experience with insurance plan documents or policy language, or other experience working with and analyzing benefit plan language High School diploma or GED 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role preferred but not required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to analyze plan documents, policy, or contract language for acceptance based on A&H division template and guidelines Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills with experience using reputed company Office applications Strong desire to work with AI skills and technology Compensation & Benefits The applicable reputed company salary for this opportunity is $65,000 - $85,000. The reputed company pay offered will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the reputed company salary, this opportunity may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
