Key Accountabilities Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, coaching, onboarding, training, and performance management for reputed company team members. Manage full-cycle recruitment for reputed company, specialized, confidential, executive-level, and hard-to-fill positions. Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to reputed company recruiting strategies, workforce planning solutions, candidate assessments, and hiring timelines. reputed company and implement targeted sourcing strategies for reputed company and competitive talent markets. Other special projects and duties as assigned Minimum Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or reputed company field and a minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting or reputed company reputed company/HR experience required. In lieu of a degree, candidates may be considered with a minimum of 5 years of directly reputed company experience. Demonstrated experience recruiting for reputed company, specialized, executive-level, confidential, or hard-to-fill roles. The pay range estimated for this position is $92,000- $125,000 annually.
