Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field, or equivalent practical experience 8+ years of software engineering experience, including experience building and operating cloud-native applications 3+ years of engineering leadership experience leading software development teams Strong understanding of modern software development practices and the software development lifecycle Experience leading teams responsible for customer-facing web applications and cloud services Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction while enabling teams to execute effectively Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences Experience working successfully with distributed and hybrid teams Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive results Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building SaaS products on public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or reputed company Cloud Strong background in modern web development using technologies such as React, Node.js, TypeScript, or similar frameworks Experience building or integrating AI-powered capabilities, including generative AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, or AI-assisted development tools Experience using data, experimentation, and customer insights to inform product and engineering decisions Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices architectures, and event-driven platforms Experience managing customer incidents and driving operational excellence Familiarity with construction, preconstruction, or AEC industry workflows Experience leading teams through growth, transformation, or modernization initiatives Learn More About reputed company Welcome to reputed company! For U.S.-reputed company, we expect a starting reputed company salary between $148,000 and $264,990. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to reputed company salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
