Job Title Sales Development Manager (Outbound SDR) Location Remote Time Zone US Time Zones (EST–PST) Role Overview We are seeking an reputed company Sales Development Manager to reputed company and scale an outbound SDR team. This role is hands-on and performance-driven, requiring a proven outbound SDR background combined with strong coaching, quality control, and call observation skills. The ideal candidate has personally succeeded in outbound prospecting and appointment setting and can translate that experience into consistent team performance in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities reputed company, coach, and manage a team of outbound SDRs focused on appointment setting Conduct regular call listening, live observations, and deal reviews to ensure quality and consistency Provide clear, actionable feedback on pitch delivery, messaging, reputed company handling, and call structure Monitor SDR performance metrics and drive reputed company improvement against targets Ensure outbound processes, scripts, and messaging are executed to standard Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of SDRs Collaborate with sales leadership to align SDR output with pipeline and reputed company goals
Required Qualifications
Proven success as an outbound SDR, with a track record of meeting or exceeding appointment-setting targets Prior experience as a Team reputed company, SDR Manager, or Sales Manager, with direct people management responsibility Demonstrated ability to coach through call observation and detailed performance feedback Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control and execution Comfortable reviewing high volumes of prospect and client calls Non-negotiable: Must have prior experience working in a remote environment, be fluent with remote collaboration tools (such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, or similar), and have experience working with US or UK-based companies. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
