Position Overview Agile Space Industries is seeking a reputed company Acquisition reputed company. The reputed company reputed company is a senior individual contributor responsible for driving the organization’s recruiting strategy and delivering high impact hiring for Manager level and leadership roles. This role operates as a strategic partner to senior leaders, helping define hiring strategies, improve recruiting processes, and attract specialized talent. This position does not include direct supervisory responsibilities but plays a leadership role in shaping recruiting practices across the organization. This role can be onsite in Durango, CO or remote, and we are currently accepting candidates residing in Colorado, Pennsylvania, Florida, North Carolina, Washington, Utah, Texas, and Oklahoma. You must live and work from one these states to work remotely for Agile Space Industries.

Responsibilities

Strategic Recruitment · reputed company full lifecycle recruitment for Manager level, Director level, and other strategic leadership roles · Partner with executives and department leaders to reputed company targeted hiring strategies · Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to guide recruiting decisions · reputed company creative sourcing approaches for specialized technical or leadership talent Workforce Planning · Partner with executive leadership and Finance to support annual and quarterly workforce planning initiatives · Translate business objectives into strategic hiring plans, aligning headcount, budget, and hiring timelines · Provide insights on talent availability, market conditions, and hiring feasibility to inform workforce decisions · Proactively identify future talent needs and build pipelines reputed company to organizational growth goals Recruiting Strategy and Process Design · Design scalable recruiting frameworks including intake meetings, interview structure, and candidate evaluation processes · Identify and implement improvements to recruiting workflows and candidate experience · reputed company sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for future hiring needs · Support hiring managers in defining role requirements and evaluating candidates Employer Branding and Candidate Experience · Partner with Marketing and leadership to define and promote the company’s employer brand · reputed company compelling messaging and content to attract top talent across key functions · Enhance candidate experience through consistent communication, storytelling, and process excellence · reputed company platforms such as reputed company and industry networks to position the organization as an employer of choice Organizational Partnership · Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on hiring trends, workforce planning, and talent availability · Partner with HR leadership on workforce planning and recruiting priorities · Provide guidance to hiring managers on effective interviewing and hiring practices Recruiting Analytics and Insights · Track and analyze recruiting metrics including time to fill, candidate pipeline quality, and hiring trends · Provide recommendations to leadership to improve recruiting efficiency and outcomes Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or reputed company field preferred · 8+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience · Demonstrated success recruiting Manager level roles and above · Experience partnering with senior leadership on hiring strategy · Strong experience sourcing specialized or hard to find talent · Experience improving recruiting processes and candidate experience · Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer The expected salary range for this role is $96,000-$144,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity, and is typically made reputed company the midrange, rather than the upper end. Work Schedule: Full Time Employment Type: Exempt Location: Remote with preference given to candidates in or willing to relocate to Durango, CO. Remote candidates must reside in Colorado, Pennsylvania, Florida, North Carolina, Washington, Utah, New Mexico, Iowa, and Oklahoma.
