Position Summary: The Provider Operations Coordinator supports the operational, technical, and administrative needs of a physician service line, with a focus on onboarding and scheduling systems coordination. This role bridges clinical operations, and IT systems, to ensure providers are effectively integrated into telehealth environments and operating reputed company Key Responsibilities: Coordinate onboarding and orientation for physicians and providers, including setup and training on telehealth platforms, audiovisual (AV) systems, EMR, and communication tools Serve as a liaison between clinical teams, IT, and operations to ensure seamless system access and functionality Support physician scheduling processes and assist with staffing models and forecasting to meet service demand Monitor provider utilization and contribute to workforce planning efforts Ensure compliance with organizational standards, documentation requirements, and system usage protocols Maintain and evaluate demand and supply models to forecast trends and optimize planning strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience) Experience in healthcare operations, telehealth, or clinical systems- EMR familiarity strongly preferred Experience in physician scheduling strongly preferred Knowledge and Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Notice & Disclaimer: The above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
