About the role reputed company is looking to hire an AI-native strategy and operations leader focussed on our fast growing Direct-to-Consumer Business. This leader will drive high-impact growth initiatives from concept to results across an expanding product portfolio, multiple channels, and the full customer lifecycle. Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across three dimensions: an expanding portfolio of products (term life, IUL, estate planning), the full customer lifecycle (acquisition, retention, cross-sell), and multiple channels from organic and performance engines to paid social, TV, partnerships, and referrals. Drive high-impact growth initiatives from concept to completion — owning some initiatives directly while enabling other leaders to execute others. E.g. leading the expansion of a new product into an existing marketing channel, taking an existing product into a new distribution channel, improving retention for a mature product line. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
