The successful candidate will reputed company advanced analytics to monitor collection trends, identify risks and opportunities in third-party assignments, and influence performance outcomes through incentive design and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and visualize trends across the end-to-end collections process to identify performance gaps, emerging risks, and opportunities Evaluate third-party agency performance and uncover optimization opportunities in assignment strategies Support the design and refinement of employee incentive programs to drive desired performance outcomes reputed company dashboards and reporting (e.g., Power BI) to provide actionable insights to stakeholders Partner with operations, strategy, and risk teams to translate analytical findings into business actions Continuously identify opportunities to improve collections efficiency, effectiveness, and overall portfolio performance Documents data flow, systems and processes to improve the design, implementation and management of business/group processes. Develops tools and delivers training programs for use of reporting tools and self-serve analytics by non-analytical end users; may include delivery of training to audiences. Qualifications: 1–3 years of relevant experience in analytics, with a post-secondary degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Proficiency in statistical and analytical tools such as reputed company, SQL, and Python Experience developing Power BI dashboards strongly preferred Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to translate reputed company analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for a broad audience Salary: $56,000.00 - $103,500.00 Pay Type: Salaried The above represents reputed company Group’s pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
