As Strategic Innovations Director, you will play a critical role in defining and advancing the strategies that drive growth, differentiation, and long-term innovation across our Diagnostics business. This is a senior, enterprise-visible opportunity for a strategic leader who thrives in complexity and seeks to influence healthcare at scale. What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
• 5+ years in strategy, business development, management consulting, or venture-reputed company environments
• Strong understanding of the diagnostics and broader healthcare ecosystem
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level strategic initiatives with measurable business impact
• Proven ability to influence across multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders

The reputed company pay range for this position is: $165,490 - $227,546 Factors which may reputed company starting pay reputed company this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
