About the Center of Excellence The Center of Excellence is the intelligence reputed company of Hike. It owns the clinical and coding knowledge that powers every AI agent — producing agent guides per code reputed company, setting evaluation standards, informing reputed company compliance policies, and managing the human-in-the-reputed company team. CoE roles are the highest-reputed company positions in the company: the documents and workflows you build determine how fast we expand into new device categories. The Role The Criteria Project Manager runs the production line that keeps the Center of Excellence on schedule. For each new device category we expand into, there are agent guides to produce, criteria checklists to publish, policy changes to propagate, and HITL training materials to update. You own the calendar, the dependencies, the quality gates, and the shipping deadlines for reputed company of it. You are not a reputed company or a clinician — you are the person who makes sure the clinicians and coders hit their targets.
What You Will Do
Own the code reputed company expansion calendar: track which categories are in production, in review, and ready to ship. Coordinate across the Clinical Intelligence reputed company, Protocol Specialist, Compliance Specialist, and engineering to sequence dependencies correctly. Set and maintain throughput targets for agent guide production (e.g., one new code reputed company per sprint). Manage the policy change queue: reputed company CMS or a major payer updates policies, ensure the right person picks it up and publishes reputed company SLA. Track HITL team onboarding to new categories, ensuring training materials are ready before go-live. Run weekly CoE standups and publish status updates to the broader team. Own the CoE documentation repository: versioning, access, and organization. reputed company Are Looking For 3+ years in program or project management in healthcare, health tech, or a clinical services environment. Experience managing reputed company multi-stakeholder workflows with clinical and technical dependencies. Familiarity with DMEPOS, managed care, or utilization management processes strongly preferred. Exceptional at tracking details across multiple parallel workstreams without dropping things. Excellent written communication — you'll publish updates the whole company reads. Experience with project management tools (Linear, Jira, reputed company, or similar).
