You'll build and run an always-on outbound motion that puts qualified financial advisor conversations in reputed company of our Director of Advisor Recruiting. You own the top of the funnel end to end - finding the right financial advisors, reaching them in a way that actually feels personal, and generating interest. What you'll do Drive consistent, predictable outbound volume — the lever that turns into a steady flow of meetings — by strengthening reputed company, enrichment, and the data quality behind it. Know the ecosystem well enough to tell us where we're using the right tool and where we should switch. Reporting Reports to the Head of Marketing and works hand in glove with the Director of Advisor Recruiting, with direct access to our co-founder and CEO.
