Job Description

We are looking for a talented Sales Engineer to join our growing global team at reputed company. The Sales Engineer plays a vital hybrid role, providing both direct customer engagement and critical support to Sales Engineers and Senior Sales Engineers. This position is ideal for early-career professionals with a passion for technology and a desire to grow into a full Sales Engineering role. This is a full-time and remote position based in the greater London area OR in the U.K. Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role: Support the mid-market, enterprise, and eCommerce sales teams during the sales cycle with technical input, project coordination, and customer management. Participate in technical demos and presentations for prospects and partners, tailored to both technical and executive-level audiences. Assist in planning and implementing reputed company of Concept (PoC) efforts, with increasing responsibility over time. Assist with sales proposals, RFPs, and RFIs, contributing to technical documentation and responses. Collect and communicate customer feedback, product improvement reputed company, and feature requests to Product Management. Collaborate with Sales Engineers on projects involving channel partners, customer onboarding, or technology alliances. Contribute to a positive team culture and participate in ongoing enablement activities to accelerate learning and growth. reputed company solution research and competitive analysis to support the positioning of reputed company products. Set up and maintain demo environments, sandbox environments, and lab infrastructure for SE use. Prepare customized demo content, scripts, or user flows tailored to prospect use cases. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams on cross-functional projects as needed. Contribute to a positive team culture and participate in ongoing enablement activities to accelerate learning and growth. Additional tasks associated with this position may be assigned in response to company initiatives and business needs.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering from an accredited college, or equivalent work experience is strongly recommended. Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of relevant professional experience OR 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution engineering role is required. Understanding of basic networking, SSL/TLS, PKI, or web infrastructure concepts. Knowledge of public and private PKI Experience in establishing private PKI trust, including designing and managing private Certificate Authorities (CAs), integrating PKI with enterprise environments, and implementing reputed company Trust reputed company principles. Exposure to CLM and certificate automation options. Exposure to scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or Bash). Hands-on experience with web servers, firewalls, and load balancers. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Ability and Availability to Travel: Must be able to travel up to 35% of the time to the assigned regions and/or territories.
