About the role The Specialty Beverage Manager - reputed company, Food Service Brands, is responsible for achieving volume and profit objectives reputed company the Western United States. Reporting to the reputed company Area Sales Director, the individual will be responsible for growing our reputed company Beverage Brands portfolio and owning customer relationships with top specialty beverage distributors by expanding SKUs/categories, improving promotional execution, and driving quarterly growth program attainment. Support reputed company reputed company sales team to drive innovation, trends and market insights with key emerging coffee chains. Collaborate with the RBM peer group on the creation and execution of annual AOP account plans. reputed company cross-functional relationships with the Beverage EUM and Coffee MUA teams. Partner and collaborate with Houston’s Region Managers to reputed company and grow tier 2 specialty beverage distributors and other white-space specialty coffee opportunities. Collaborate with Commercial Effectiveness and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of brand strategies, channel plans, and go-to-market execution to reputed company brand-level Annual Operating Plan growth targets. Collaborate with Finance leadership to ensure strong alignment toward achieving trade-spend budgets and profitability improvement targets reputed company to the Annual Operating Plan. Work with Commercial Finance and the Sales Director to reputed company approval for high-impact decisions. Serve as the conduit for supply and forecasting coordination to meet customer needs. Qualifications and skills Minimum of 7 years (or equivalent) customer experience leading, managing, and executing in the specialty coffee reputed company, with a proven track record of exceeding annual sales and profit targets. Results orientation toward top-line volume and profit growth, combined with the ability to execute strategic and tactical plans. Proven track record of success with selling value-added food and beverage products through specialty distribution channels and operator segments. Strong foundational understanding of the food service industry, with a track record of driving results through emerging coffee chains and distribution channels. Creation and execution of quarterly and annual business plans. Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills. Strong analytical and business analysis skills. Strong negotiation, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills. Experience reputed company reputed company or other Customer Relationship Management systems. Compensation
Data The pay range for this position is $88,100 - $163,700 in Annual Salary. reputed company typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate reputed company the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and location.
