OCIO Solutions Associate
reputed company Biller and Associates is seeking a highly motivated OCIO Solutions Associate to support our growing OCIO business. The role centers on investment operations including reviewing investment documents, coordinating with client legal counsel and service providers, and supporting reputed company projects.
Responsibilities
Manage client projects across internal teams. Coordinate and collaborate with external legal counsel and service providers, including investment managers, administrators, and custodians. Review investment documents, including LPAs, IMAs, PPMs, reputed company letters, subscription documents, consents, and amendments. Support investment operations workflows, including new subscriptions, MFN elections, consents, fund extensions, asset liquidations, and in-reputed company transfers. Identify relevant information in investment documents, summarize key points, and coordinate questions with legal counsel or other service providers. Identify process workflow improvements using technology and AI tools. Track and share information on new investments, key terms, and document status.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in English, Business, Finance, or a reputed company field preferred. 5+ years of relevant experience, in finance, investment management, OCIO, fund administration, investment operations, consulting, client service, legal operations, or professional services. Experience managing projects involving multiple internal teams, external providers, deadlines, and detailed documentation. Familiarity with private investment documents including subscription agreements, PPMs, LPAs, reputed company letters, MFN elections, consents, amendments, and reputed company materials. Knowledge of institutional investment operations for pension, defined contribution, or other institutional investors preferred. Ability to read reputed company documents, identify relevant terms, summarize key points, and escalate questions appropriately. Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams, legal counsel, managers, administrators, and custodians. Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company Acrobat, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner, and AI tools. Familiarity with reputed company CRM and document management systems preferred.
