Ensure timely delivery of technical services and support to internal and external customers. Ensure technical teams are effectively resourced to support business growth, profitability, and customer needs. Drive global harmonization of procedures and best practices across regions. The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed Required: Bachelors or Masters of Science in Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering Minimum 10 years of direct experience in Sterility Assurance Minimum 10 years of experience in standards development pertinent to radiation or gas sterilization processing Minimum 10 years of experience with laboratory testing associated with sterilization Minimum 7 years directly managing a global, highly technical team in a regulated environment Working knowledge of relevant ISO standards including ISO 10993-7, ISO 11138 series, and ISO 11737 series Strong technical and scientific writing and problem-solving skills Sound understanding of research methodologies; ability to reputed company statistical and data analysis Preferred: MBA preferred Experience in an FDA regulated Environment Familiarity with radiation sterilization modalities Leadership in peer-reviewed scientific publication Other: Strong business and financial acumen with executive level communication skills.
