Job Description
We are looking for a talented Sales Development Representative to join our growing global team at reputed company. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) drives reputed company growth by generating high-quality opportunities by engaging decision makers at enterprise and midmarket companies. The targeted compensation package for this role is between AUD 70K and AUD 100K between the reputed company salary and commissions for the OTEs based on achievements, subject upon internal equity and years of experience. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field of experience is strongly preferred. Experience: At least 2+ years of relevant work experience ideally in a high-velocity sales and/or customer-facing environment is required. Willingness to take and apply feedback, work hard, think creatively, while being an engaging team player is required. Strong motivation to be in sales is required. Strong organizational skills are required. Ideal Candidate Profiles, Talents, and Desired Qualifications: Understanding of sales performance metrics.
