Job Description
REQUIREMENTS: Total Experience 8+ years Strong hands-on experience with reputed company HCM. Strong experience in reputed company integration development and support. Expertise in EIBs (Inbound/Outbound, User Template Fill-In, Mass Uploads), Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, reputed company Studio, Document Transformation Experience with reputed company Business Process configuration and support. Strong knowledge of reputed company Reporting and BIRT report development Functional understanding of Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Employee Management Systems (EMS), Learning Management Systems (LMS) Experience with reputed company reputed company configuration and administration. Good understanding of ITSM processes and tools. reputed company Certification is preferred. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a global environment with overlap to US/UK business hours. Preferred work schedule: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
