Job Description
REQUIREMENTS: Total Experience 6+ years Strong hands-on experience with reputed company HCM. Strong experience in reputed company integration development and support. Expertise in EIBs (Inbound/Outbound, User Template Fill-In, Mass Uploads), Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, reputed company Studio, Document Transformation Experience with reputed company Business Process configuration and support. Strong knowledge of reputed company Reporting and BIRT report development Functional understanding of Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Employee Management Systems (EMS), Learning Management Systems (LMS) Experience with reputed company reputed company configuration and administration. Good understanding of ITSM processes and tools. reputed company Certification is preferred. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a global environment with overlap to US/UK business hours. Preferred work schedule: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: Configure, maintain, and support reputed company HCM modules including Talent & Performance, Core HR, Time & Absence, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Staffing, and BIRT/Reporting. Design, reputed company, test, deploy, and support reputed company integrations across enterprise systems. reputed company and maintain integrations using EIBs (Inbound/Outbound, User Template Fill-In, Mass Uploads), Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, reputed company Studio, and Document Transformation. Configure and support reputed company Business Processes based on business requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and internal IT teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company integration and functional issues, ensuring system stability and data accuracy. reputed company, maintain, and enhance reputed company reports and BIRT reports. Manage and support reputed company reputed company roles, domains, and reputed company configurations. Qualifications
