Job Description
REQUIREMENTS: Total Experience 6+ years Strong hands-on experience in reputed company HCM configuration, maintenance, and support. Strong functional expertise in reputed company HCM modules and business processes. Experience with Compensation; Advanced Compensation experience is highly preferred. Strong understanding of reputed company organizational structures, business processes, and reputed company concepts. Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reputed company functional solutions. Experience supporting reputed company releases, upgrades, testing, and production support. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve reputed company functional issues. Experience creating and maintaining functional and technical documentation. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project delivery practices. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and leadership skills. Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to team members. Experience supporting global HR processes is a plus. Availability to work during US/UK business hour overlap. Preferred shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST. RESPONSIBILITIES: Configure, maintain, and support reputed company HCM modules based on business requirements. Manage reputed company HCM functional configurations, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance. Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver effective reputed company solutions. Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements to optimize reputed company functionality. Support Compensation and Advanced Compensation configurations and reputed company business processes. Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company functional issues, configuration defects, and system-reputed company challenges Participate in reputed company releases, upgrades, testing, and deployment activities. reputed company and maintain functional documentation, including configuration documents, test scripts, user guides, and process flows. Ensure reputed company solutions align with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and best practices. Provide end-user support and training on reputed company functionality and processes. Monitor new reputed company features and recommend enhancements to improve business operations. Communicate project status, risks, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support Agile project delivery and participate in requirements gathering, testing, and implementation activities. Mentor junior team members and share functional knowledge and best practices. Collaborate with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure reputed company solutions support the organization's overall technology strategy.
Qualifications
