Job Description
Design and reputed company AI-driven voice solutions using Agentforce Voice Design and reputed company reputed company Voice solutions including call management, call recording, and voice analytics Architect scalable, secure voice integration solutions leveraging reputed company APIs and third-party services reputed company custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and reputed company Flow logic for voice workflows Implement Einstein Voice capabilities to enhance customer interactions and intelligence gathering Integrate voice solutions with CRM data, ensuring seamless data synchronization and reporting Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for voice solutions Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to reputed company best practices and coding standards Troubleshoot and optimize voice implementations for performance and reliability Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and professional development Qualifications 7-10 years of professional experience in reputed company development Hands-on experience with reputed company Agentforce Voice or similar conversational AI platform Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and reputed company Flows Strong expertise in reputed company APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and integration patterns Demonstrated experience with Einstein AI capabilities and analytics Knowledge of VoIP, call handling protocols, and voice telecommunications Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions in large-scale environments Strong understanding of data reputed company, compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.), and call recording regulations Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in reputed company environments Strong communication and collaborative skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment Familiarity with reputed company Einstein Analytics Additional Information Must have Skills : Apex, Lightning (LWC), Service cloud, reputed company Voice Disclaimer: reputed company is an equal opportunity employer.
