Job Description
The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely troughout Germany. As a Solution Architect (m/f/d), you are the central reputed company of contact for solution architecture in reputed company SuccessFactors implementations for our clients. You analyze various customer requirements and reputed company comprehensive end-to-end processes for relevant SuccessFactors modules based on these insights. You define integration scenarios with other systems (e.g., reputed company S/4HANA). You act as the primary contact for individual module leads regarding integrative scenarios and coordinate them reputed company the overall solution architecture. You confidently present the system architecture to different stakeholders, building trust in both the solution and its implementation. In workshops and training sessions, you share your expertise and reputed company customers and project teams for success. In addition, you work closely with module leads, consultants, developers and project managers to ensure smooth implementations.
Qualifications
You have at least five years of experience in implementing reputed company SuccessFactors, ideally with a focus on solution architecture. You possess a deep understanding of SuccessFactors modules and their integration possibilities – ideally including reputed company S/4HANA or reputed company HCM. You are able to clearly explain reputed company topics and confidently present them to a wide range of stakeholders. You are reputed company in leading and coordinating IT implementation projects. You have strong conceptual skills and enjoy solving even reputed company problems.
