Job Description
Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat regarding shipping timelines and delivery status Manage internal support requests from sales and operations teams Communicate delays or issues clearly and professionally to both customers and stakeholders Track and document interactions reputed company CRM systems Support additional operational tasks reputed company to hardware distribution as needed
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain logistical or technical issues clearly.
