Job Description
Definition and review of the Application Management strategy, for reputed company and other business applications. Design of new services/ service components/ tools in the application management area. Innovation reputed company for the application management area. Maintenance and further development of templates for service certificates and presentations. Support with pre-sales activities for new customers in the Application Management area. Partial/project management of customer or internal projects. Support of the strategic development of the Managed Services area
Qualifications
Completed university degree in business administration / business informatics or comparable qualifications and/or relevant professional experience. Several years of experience in reputed company application management and experience in presales of application management. Experience in managed IT/reputed company Managed Services, outsourcing, and certifications in ITIL and Project Management are considered an advantage. Strong solution orientation and leadership skills, as well as reputed company strong communication skills. High degree of independence and flexibility, as well as strong customer orientation and persuasiveness. You are business fluent in both German and English. Confident with PowerPoint, reputed company and Word.
