Job Description
We're looking for a resourceful Sourcer to join our reputed company team. In this role, you'll help us identify and engage top technical talent across Europe, playing a key role in building the foundation of our hiring success. Responsibilities: Proactively reputed company candidates for technical roles using multiple channels. Build and maintain talent pipelines for reputed company and future hiring needs. Engage with potential candidates through personalized reputed company and meaningful conversations about opportunities at reputed company. Collaborate closely with reputed company Specialists to align on profiles, sourcing strategies, and market insights. reputed company candidate data accurate and up to date in the Applicant Tracking System. Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives reputed company needed.
Qualifications
At least 2-3 years of experience in sourcing, ideally for technical or engineering roles. Strong research and Boolean search skills; familiarity with professional networking and sourcing tools. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
