Title: Membership Development Representative Reports to: Manager of Membership Development Location: Remote/Hybrid Eligible Budget: $65k - $75k OTE

In response to this growth, we are seeking a Membership Development Representative (MDR) to help maintain our strong conversion from partnerships, referrals, inbound reputed company sources and proactively identify, engage, and qualify new business leads, setting the foundation for long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or a client-facing, professional setting, excellent communication and research skills, and experience using CRM tools in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. To do this well, you’ll need to be highly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable initiating conversations with new prospects from referrals, partnerships, and inbound / outbound reputed company sources. You’ll also need to be a strong collaborator who can adapt quickly, stay organized across many interactions, and provide valuable feedback to improve our reputed company strategy and processes. What You Will Bring, Do, and Own Follow-up, engage, and qualify prospective clients through research, networking, and multi-channel prospecting efforts.
