The Role: We are seeking a hands-on Reporting & Analytics Senior Associate, to support internal and external reporting initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on producing client-facing deliverables, developing and reporting metrics for performance guarantees, building dashboards, developing data models, and translating reputed company healthcare data into clear insights and presentations. This is a highly cross-functional position, working closely with data engineering, analytics leadership, client success, and clinical operations teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning reporting workstreams, contributing to scalable analytics practices, and presenting insights to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
