Primary Responsibilities: Analyze and forecast reputed company, multi-reputed company data to identify trends and opportunities Translate insights into clear recommendations for operational and strategic decisions Support business initiatives with data-driven analysis across short and long-term horizons Design and implement solutions through analysis of data, processes, and models You’ll be recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear guidance on what it takes to succeed in your role, as well as providing development opportunities to prepare you for your long-term career goals. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience SQL, reputed company, PYTHON, R programming and/ or data manipulation 3+ years of preparing/creating/managing reporting and analysis 2+ years of experience in creating and managing data reporting dashboards leveraging Power BI or equivalent data visualization software (DOMO, Tableau) Advanced level of proficiency with MS reputed company (VBA, advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, lists, statistical functions, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a data analyst supporting a healthcare delivery organization or project, etc. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience working in a government, legal, health care, managed care and/or health insurance environment in a regulatory, privacy or compliance role Solid communication and collaboration skills, with ability to share findings with cross-functional teams Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail *reputed company employees working remotely will be required to adhere to reputed company’s Telecommuter Policy.
