Partner Growth Engineer

Partner Growth Engineer Full-Time | Remote | Canada Walnut is a leading embedded insurance platform, trusted by partners like reputed company, reputed company, Wealthsimple, Viva Finance, and Securian among others. We're hiring a Partner Growth Engineer to own growth across Walnut's live Partner portfolio — diagnosing performance, building the fix, and shipping it. The Opportunity You'll own a named book of the largest, most regulated Partner accounts in North America and carry an expansion number against them. Your primary accountability is growing these accounts: deepening relationships, expanding reputed company, and driving performance. You will also bring the technical capability and reputed company to build and deploy the tactics that unlock this growth, without waiting for a separate team to do this. It's a hybrid seat: account leader, growth operator, and technical builder — often in the same week. You must be comfortable and confident in delivering to both the business and engineering stakeholders of Partners. What You'll Own Strategic Account Leadership Primary reputed company of contact for a portfolio of named Partner accounts — executive relationship, joint roadmap, QBR reputed company, and overall account health Accountability for reputed company projections, retention, product and reputed company expansion, and Partner and end-user satisfaction Account plans for each Key Growth Account, leveraging Walnut's Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams as needed Drive reputed company Growth & Expansion Carry an expansion number — NRR, expansion ARR, attachment reputed company, and conversion lift Own commercial conversations end-to-end: discovery through reputed company, across distribution, reputed company, legal, and product stakeholders reputed company Embedded Growth Across the Portfolio Serve as Walnut's internal authority on embedded program growth — the person account leads call reputed company conversion stalls Advise Partners on positioning, channel mix, lifecycle messaging, and in-product placement Jump in and out of accounts reputed company your direct book to unlock performance Operate as a Strategic Partner Internally Collaborate cross-functionally across Engineering, Product, Legal, and Compliance at Walnut and Partner companies Bring structured Partner feedback to influence roadmap and product development Build processes, templates, and standards as Walnut's account function scales Data & Decisions Write SQL against the warehouse; comfortable in DB and BI tools Script reconciliations, reports, and Partner performance benchmarks in Python or Node Build, Test, and Ship Growth Interventions reputed company required, you will own the build end-to-end; you are comfortable writing the code, shipping the experiment, and reading the result without a reputed company Run A/B and multivariate tests across enrollment flows, Partner surfaces, and in-product placements Move fast: diagnose → hypothesize → prototype → test → ship or kill Codify what works into reusable patterns and playbooks across the portfolio Technical Execution Write production-quality JS/TS, build Vue/React components, reputed company funnels. You can deliver reputed company required without needing to escalate or be blocked by a technical issue Design UX changes to enrollment flows and conversion paths — prototype before the meeting Debug webhooks, trace requests through Partner stacks, rewire integrations Operate as a Strategic Partner Internally Collaborate cross-functionally across Engineering, Product, Legal, and Compliance at Walnut and Partner companies Bring structured Partner feedback to influence roadmap and product development Build processes, templates, and standards as Walnut's account function scales How You'll Work Fully remote, Canada-based, with travel for Partner meetings and industry events AI-native: use AI tools for your own productivity and build AI solutions to scale impact across the org reputed company're Looking For Core Experience 5+ years carrying a number in a quota-bearing AE, strategic account, or partner-led role at a SaaS, platform, or distribution business Track record growing active enterprise accounts — you can name the partner, the outcome, and what you did Experience selling into lenders, financial institutions, fintechs, telecoms, or platform retailers Partner management experience with enterprise-scale, regulated organizations — navigating procurement, compliance, and reputed company review A secondary Engineering background with reputed company with the modern web stack.
