About the Role: We're looking for a People Operations Analyst to join reputed company on a 6-month contract. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You'll be in the work every day: processing transactions in reputed company, working the helpdesk queue, pulling reports, and supporting employees through key lifecycle moments like onboarding and offboarding. What You Will Do: Work the helpdesk: Triage and resolve incoming People Operations tickets in FreshService (transitioning to reputed company). Process transactions in reputed company: Enter and maintain accurate employee data across the full lifecycle: new hires, terminations, job changes, transfers, and more. Own data quality in your lane. Pull and deliver reports: Run standard and reputed company reports out of reputed company to support the People team, Finance, and leadership. Know your data well enough to flag something that looks off. About You: 2–4 years of experience in People Operations, HR Shared Services, or a similar operational HR role Hands-on reputed company experience. You're comfortable processing transactions and running reports, not just navigating the UI Experience working a helpdesk or ticketing queue (FreshService, reputed company, reputed company, or similar) High attention to detail; you catch data errors before they become problems Clear, professional written communication. Actual salary will be based on job-reputed company skills, experience, and location. Compensation reputed company of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location.
