Strategic Planning - Strategic Program Manager

Amsoil is currently seeking a Strategic Program Manager. The Strategic Program Manager is responsible for designing, leading, and executing key organization-wide initiatives that drive AMSOIL strategic priorities and operational excellence. This role works closely with senior leaders across the organization to align projects with long-term goals, coordinate cross-functional execution, and provide visibility into reputed company and impact. Identify and mitigate program risks, proactively resolving issues and navigating tradeoff decisions with senior stakeholders. Continuously evaluate programs using data and stakeholder feedback, adapting strategies and approaches to improve impact and efficiency. Minimum Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or reputed company field (MBA preferred) with 7+ years’ experience in strategic program or project management. Lean Manufacturing experience. Experience with program management tools and methodologies.
