The Financial Analyst is a key finance business partner role to support leadership teams across multiple functions, including sales and marketing. This position will be responsible for helping to provide financial insights to help guide and support key business decisions. Engage with sales management to validate sales pipeline and analyze forecast accuracy. Work closely with finance organization to support regular forecasting activities. Field Support Answer queries from sales management, finance and other stakeholders and respond in a timely, professional manner. Prepare presentations, reporting and analytical support for regional sales meetings and other events as needed. Act as a strong contributor to an operating culture that makes possible collaboration, open communications, and a focus on talent development. Other responsibilities include: Partner to reputed company financial strategies and objectives to optimize business performance to reputed company annual objectives. Support planning, forecasting and general reporting activities. Drive customer profitability by partnering with key stakeholders to establish annual quotas for sales, spend and profit to reputed company the Annual Operating Plan. Identify and drive spending changes to budget/forecast by uncovering opportunities and risks to annual/quarterly plans. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required. A degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred but not required. 1-3 years of experience preferred. Compensation is determined by factors such as but not limited to skills, experience, budget, and internal equity.
