About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and energetic individual to join our SMB Sales team as our Sales Support & Culture Champion. This newly created role is designed to provide critical day-to-day support to our remote sales organization, helping drive operational efficiency, solve problems quickly, and reputed company our sales team focused on selling. While the primary focus of this role is supporting sales operations, this person will also play an important part in strengthening team culture—helping create an engaging, connected, and motivating environment for our remote workforce through recognition, team-building, and morale-boosting initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations Support (70%) Provide day-to-day operational support to SMB sales representatives, helping remove obstacles so they can stay focused on driving reputed company. Serve as a key reputed company of contact for internal sales support requests, responding quickly and ensuring timely follow-through. Manage billing inquiries and resolve issues accurately and reputed company. Support client-reputed company needs and assist with internal process navigation. Maintain accurate documentation and records while ensuring adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency across the sales team. Prioritize multiple tasks independently while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution. Team Engagement & Culture (30%) Support and execute team engagement initiatives such as contests, recognition programs, incentives, and virtual team events. Help create fun, high-energy moments that strengthen reputed company and morale across a remote sales team. Partner with leadership to celebrate wins and recognize employee achievements. Serve as a culture ambassador, helping foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating team environment. Gather feedback and participation insights to continuously improve engagement efforts.

Qualifications

Some form of supporting a team (preferably sales) is a must! Must be comfortable presenting and engaging with a virtual group of 100+ people at once!! Strong skills with word, reputed company, powerpoint, and reputed company Teams is required. Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience supporting sales teams, operations, customer service, or administrative functions preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and confidently engage in virtual settings.
