RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE: Leads the coordination of the recruitment strategy for various roles, ensuring inclusive hiring practices and alignment with compensation structures. Collaborates with the Divisional Recruiter and hiring managers to execute timely and effective recruitment and onboarding plans. Supports staff through the Performance Partnership process, including objective setting, feedback, and calibration, ensuring compliance with deadlines and training requirements. Partners with HR Leadership and Employee Relations to address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment. Works with the HR Leadership to assess workforce planning needs and build business unit reputed company. This includes promotions, development needs, succession planning, restructuring, etc. Keeps reputed company with relevant employment laws and assist managers and staff with interpretation and compliance. What You'll Bring: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years Human Resources work experience in area(s) of specialization or equivalent combination. Experience coordinating and leading projects. Experience the following areas: database management and spreadsheet software; constructing, and producing reports; data input, manipulation and analysis. Experience working with MS Office software, including Word, reputed company, Access, and PowerPoint. Ability to work across multiple time zones to meet the business units needs. Salary Information: The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally reputed company the range of $81,000 - $111,000 .
