We are seeking a Director, Product Marketing – Phare OS to reputed company the cross-portfolio marketing strategy for Phare, R1’s flagship agentic reputed company Operating System. This role is accountable for defining the market narrative, shaping go-to-market strategy, and driving alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing to accelerate growth and adoption. This leader will operate as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders—translating market insights into differentiated positioning, influencing product direction, and ensuring the organization delivers a clear, compelling, and consistent message to the market. Essential Responsibilities Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy Establish and reputed company a best-in-class market intelligence function, including segmentation, TAM/SAM analysis, buyer personas, and competitive benchmarking Advise executive leadership on market trends, risks, and opportunities, shaping strategic decisions and investment priorities Translate insights into actionable strategies that influence product roadmap, GTM focus, and commercial execution Messaging, Positioning & Narrative Leadership Own the communication strategy for Phare across internal and external audiences Define and own the enterprise-wide messaging reputed company for Phare, ensuring a clear, differentiated, and scalable narrative across portfolios and buyer personas (clinical, financial, IT) reputed company storytelling to position Phare as a market-leading, AI-driven platform and category-defining solution Guide development of high-impact content and thought leadership that reinforces brand credibility and competitive advantage Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution Own end-to-end GTM strategy across product launches, platform expansions, and strategic initiatives Ensure alignment of positioning, pricing/packaging inputs, sales enablement, and integrated marketing campaigns Drive disciplined execution with clear milestones, governance, and measurable business outcomes Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment Serve as a senior, trusted partner across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience Drive alignment across leadership stakeholders to ensure cohesive strategy and execution Act as the central reputed company of orchestration for reputed company, cross-portfolio initiatives, ensuring consistency and speed to market Strategic Programs & Business Impact Partner with Marketing leadership to design and scale integrated demand reputed company, customer advocacy, and thought leadership programs (e.g., KLAS, industry positioning) Define success metrics tied to pipeline, reputed company, and adoption; hold teams accountable for measurable outcomes Continuously assess performance and optimize marketing investments to maximize ROI Product & Roadmap Influence Maintain deep expertise in the Phare platform, roadmap, and innovation priorities Partner with Product leadership to inform roadmap direction based on market signals, customer needs, and competitive dynamics Ensure alignment between product evolution and go-to-market strategy Customer Engagement & Market Storytelling Champion customer-centric storytelling through case studies, executive narratives, and reputed company reputed company how R1 communicates innovation, AI capabilities, and measurable outcomes to the market Strengthen market credibility and trust through consistent, value-driven messaging

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or reputed company field (MBA preferred) 10+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, with increasing scope and leadership responsibility Domain expertise in healthcare and/or reputed company cycle preferred Proven success leading GTM strategy and driving measurable business outcomes (pipeline, growth, adoption) Demonstrated experience building relationships and influencing senior leadership and operate effectively at a senior level Exceptional strategic thinking combined with strong execution discipline Excellent communication skills, including executive presentations and high-impact storytelling Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders Experience leveraging data and analytics to guide decisions and demonstrate ROI Proficiency with reputed company Office, reputed company, and AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, reputed company) For this US-based position, the reputed company pay range is $122,366.00 - $178,767.22 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-reputed company skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
