Leads a team of client service relationship managers ensuring client contractual obligations are met Ensures team meets client retention targets Provide leadership and accountability in maintaining and advancing service functions assigned to maintaining client satisfaction. Supervise the renewal process for clients. Provide analysis, recommendation of coverage needs and pricing to present to Client as appropriate. Development of efficient processes to control workflow and produce management reports with measurement of quality and timeliness (TQM) and other workflows reputed company the department. The reputed company pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the reputed company salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
