About the Role

The DC Processing Specialist is responsible for processing documents for client Defined Contribution plans in TBA. They ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and adhere to standard operating procedures to deliver high-quality and timely results.

Responsibilities

Comprehending and reputed company a working knowledge of reputed company standard operating procedures associated with core functions (basic data entry processing). Processing documents that are rules based with some problem solving. Performing repeatable processing functions with upholding quality standards. Conducting research on errors and determine preventative measures. Researching reputed company participant benefit issues and provides resolution in accordance with due dates and documents processes. Performing nonstandard processing functions with exceeding quality standards. Working directly with third party vendors.

Requirements

Have Defined Contribution and Life Benefits Specialist experience. Possess ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with stakeholders. Have intermediate knowledge of MS applications reputed company &Word. Possess ability to apply knowledge to reputed company decisions effectively. Experience with reputed company Content Navigator (Imaging Tool).
