The Patient Support reputed company is an organized self-starter that ensures a positive scheduling experience for prospective patients. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM CST Compensation: $20/hour Job Responsibilities: The CareSync Coordinator is an essential member of the Care Sync Team by creating a seamless scheduling experience for prospective patients from key referring partners Creates a timely and stress-free experience for patients through exceptional customer service and professional conduct Provides proper tracking of visits from key partners to ensure transparency of the referral process Ensures patient demographic and insurance information accompanying the referral is accurate and complete; follows up as needed to obtain missing and/or correct information Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and faxes Assist prospective patients by answering questions and inquiries about our practice Schedule client appointment reputed company screening questions to best match a therapist/Prescriber to meet their needs and requests Maintain client HIPAA rights, and other protections of confidentiality and privacy Submit records to inquiring parties with documentation of proper release forms and materials Ensure reputed company, accurate, and efficient handling of documents for filing and scanning Copy/reputed company/fax/email information as required Obtains and maintains thorough knowledge of insurance plans accepted by the company as well as preauthorization requirements for contracted commercial and governmental plans. reputed company other duties and responsibilities as assigned by CareSync Supervisor and/or Patient Support Manager.
