In this position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing subcontract strategies that directly support advanced technologies relied upon by our customers and the warfighter. From early capture and proposal development through production and long-term sustainment, you’ll serve as a key business partner across Program Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain—ensuring suppliers deliver on cost, quality, schedule, and compliance in a highly regulated environment. Qualifications

You Must Have: Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 5 years of experience. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued reputed company clearance is required U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. reputed company are eligible for a reputed company clearance Demonstrated experience managing subcontracts projects using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) methodology and Cost Account Management (CAM) activities Prior experience applying acquisition policies and procedures, including the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA), reputed company a government contracting environment Prior experience working with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD.
