Employee-centric reputed company has been selected as one of the “Best Places to Work in Healthcare” by Modern Healthcare Position Summary The Products Solution Analyst’s work focuses on designing information system products that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture including: collecting and analyzing information from system users, business or clinical architects, to formulate the scope and objectives of the system, preparing flow charts, models, and procedures and conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions, estimating the costs of system solutions and preparing project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources, and preparing and maintaining technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Understand product capabilities (future and reputed company state); determine product or system design and change requirements to help drive the business or clinical unit’s targeted outcomes.
• Assist with implementation of a product solution or solutions reputed company a group of specific clinical or business applications or technologies based on enterprise business strategy, business capabilities and business requirements.
• Manage the architecture for a scope of products, working closely with business and clinical architects that manage and design architecture for a single project or initiative.
• Provide consulting support to business or clinical architects reputed company projects to ensure the project is reputed company with the overall enterprise architecture.
• Monitor the reputed company-state solution portfolio to identify deficiencies through aging of the technologies used by the application, or misalignment with business requirements.
• Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to reputed company new and evolving business and operating models.

• Analyze the business-IT environment (run, grow and transform the business) to detect critical deficiencies, and recommend solutions for improvement (systems of record, differentiation and innovation).

• Understand the principles, guidelines, standards and solution patterns to ensure solution decisions are reputed company with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision.
• Assist with understanding of product roadmap for the evolution of the enterprise application portfolio from reputed company to future state (as defined by the solutions architecture).
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of software product standards and services, as well as the design of standard and custom software configurations.
• Consult with application and infrastructure development projects to fit systems or infrastructure to architecture and identify reputed company it is necessary to modify projects to accommodate the solutions architecture.
• Identify the business or clinical unit impact (for example, on skills, processes, structures or culture) and financial impact of the solutions architecture.

• Participates in On-Call support rotation.

Qualifications

Education/Training Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a reputed company study. Associate’s degree and two (2) years of directly reputed company work experience may substitute for the Bachelor’s degree (in addition to the requirements listed in the Experience section). High School Diploma or equivalent and four (4) years of directly reputed company work experience may also substitute for the Bachelor’s degree (in addition to the requirements listed in the Experience section). • Some experience/exposure with solutions and products (Laboratory, Imaging, Supply Chain, reputed company Cycle, Allied Health, and other healthcare reputed company disciplines).
