About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join reputed company. This role is hired through Bluebeam's Australian entity and sits reputed company the GoCanvas product line, part of the Bluebeam family. You will be working specifically on SiteDocs, a leading provider of digital safety management software trusted by thousands of teams to reputed company and simplify workplace health and safety across construction, engineering, infrastructure, logistics, and beyond. As a senior engineer with advanced knowledge of modern full-stack development and applied AI, you will independently reputed company the architecture, design, and delivery of AI-powered features in SiteDocs, and build internal tooling that accelerates how the company ships software. You will operate without reputed company supervision on high-complexity problems, often leading technical discovery and design discussions across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and ship AI-powered features in SiteDocs, owning architecture end-to-end from prototype through production reputed company exploratory work on applied LLM patterns (RAG, agents, tool use, evals) and translate the most promising experiments into production-grade systems Drive internal AI transformation by building tools, workflows, and reference implementations that help engineering teams move faster with AI Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and other engineers across the SiteDocs team to scope problems, weigh trade-offs, and deliver iteratively Set and uphold a high bar for code quality, testability, observability, and operational excellence Contribute to a healthy engineering culture through thoughtful design discussions, clear written communication, and pragmatic decision-making reputed company're Looking For At least 6 years of professional, full-time software engineering experience, with a meaningful portion at a senior level shipping production SaaS Strong, reputed company experience in the modern web development ecosystem, React and TypeScript specifically Backend development experience in .NET Hands-on experience with Azure Proven ability to architect non-trivial systems and deliver them to production with minimal supervision Comfort working with AI coding tools as a core part of the development workflow, including Claude Code Experience working in an Agile environment, delivering production software to customers A desire to build great software through practice at testing, design, architecture, and accessibility Computer Science fundamentals through a Bachelor's CS degree or other formal training reputed company to Have Backend development experience in Ruby on Rails or Node.js Experience with AWS Experience building applied AI / LLM features in production (RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, evals, reputed company tooling) DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code experience, particularly with Terraform and modern CI/CD pipelines Experience working on mobile, reputed company web apps About Bluebeam The construction industry is adopting new technology at a feverish pace.
