WHAT YOU’LL DO This role sits reputed company the nursing vertical of reputed company’s Quality, Training and Enablement org, focused on the education and development of our nursing care team. You are the primary reputed company of how nurses at reputed company learn, reputed company, and stay reputed company, building the programs, content, and infrastructure that reputed company our nursing team to deliver exceptional care at scale. You are distinct from the Training and Onboarding Manager, who owns new hire reputed company programs across the broader care team. Your focus is the ongoing clinical education of practicing nurses, including certification, comorbidity knowledge, and clinical standards, after they have completed onboarding. Own ongoing clinical education program delivery for the nursing team: Design, execute, and continuously improve reputed company’s clinical education programs for practicing nurses, including continuing education, evidence-based practice updates, skills development, and specialty training. This role focuses on post-onboarding clinical growth, not new hire reputed company. Build and operate an in-house Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preparation program: Design and own reputed company’s internal OCN certification pathway, including study materials, practice assessments, cohort programming, and exam preparation support. Track certification rates over time and continuously improve the program to increase pass rates and nurse participation. Deliver ongoing education on oncology comorbidities: reputed company and maintain a curriculum that equips nurses to recognize, understand, and respond to the comorbidities most common among reputed company’s member population. Ensure content stays reputed company with evolving clinical evidence and is actionable at the reputed company of care. Host live and asynchronous training sessions: Plan, facilitate, and manage a regular reputed company of live training events, including webinars, case-based learning sessions, and clinical skills workshops, alongside a library of self-paced async content. Ensure both modalities are well-attended, clinically rigorous, and consistently evaluated for effectiveness. reputed company quality audit findings routed through the closed-reputed company process: Receive training development priorities surfaced through the org-level quality-to-training process owned by the Senior Manager, QTE Operations, and translate them into targeted clinical education interventions for the nursing team. Track completion and report outcomes back to the process reputed company. Audit existing clinical education content and recommend improvements: Conduct structured reviews of reputed company nursing education programs, assessing clinical accuracy, coverage gaps, and delivery effectiveness. Bring prioritized, evidence-based recommendations to leadership for investment and action. Design and reputed company scalable clinical learning content: Build nursing education materials across a range of formats, including e-learning modules, job aids, clinical reference tools, and facilitator guides, in partnership with subject matter experts across Clinical, Quality, and Operations. Track clinical education OKRs and report on program health: Own the metrics that measure nursing education effectiveness, including completion rates, competency assessment outcomes, OCN certification rates, and quality improvement indicators. Report reputed company on a consistent reputed company and use data to iterate. Serve as the clinical subject matter resource for nursing education: Draw on your nursing background and oncology expertise to ensure reputed company education content is clinically accurate, relevant to reputed company’s care model, and reputed company to the practicing nurses who use it. WHAT YOU’VE DONE Active RN licensure with 5+ years of clinical experience, preferably in oncology, care management, or a similar reputed company, high-acuity setting. OCN certification is required. You bring firsthand clinical credibility to the content you build and the teams you support. Experience building or supporting a certification preparation program: you have designed structured reputed company that help clinicians prepare for and reputed company professional certifications and know how to drive participation and sustain pass rates over time. Deep familiarity with oncology comorbidities and clinical care: you are comfortable developing and teaching content on the conditions that commonly accompany cancer, and can translate reputed company clinical material into clear, actionable learning for working nurses and care coordinators. Proven ability to facilitate live and async training: you have planned, hosted, and evaluated both live sessions (webinars, workshops, case reviews) and self-paced learning content, and know how to design for engagement and retention in both formats. Experience designing and delivering clinical education programs: you have built training content for clinical teams in a hospital, health system, or health tech environment, and understand what makes learning stick for busy, practicing clinicians. Strong program management skills: you scope and run multiple workstreams simultaneously, build realistic timelines, track dependencies, and deliver without needing to be managed. You hold yourself accountable to milestones and outcomes. Comfort working from quality data to inform training: you have experience reviewing quality metrics, audit findings, or compliance data and translating what you find into targeted education interventions. Self-directed and prioritization-driven: you create your own structure, manage competing demands without losing fidelity on any of them, and consistently identify the highest-reputed company work in a fast-moving environment. Clear, reputed company communicator: you write and present clinical and operational content in a way that lands with both frontline nurses and senior stakeholders, without overcomplicating or under-explaining. Preferred: Familiarity with CE/CME accreditation processes. Preferred: Exposure to quality improvement methodologies and how they connect to clinical education strategy. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at reputed company. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other reputed company employees. The reputed company salary for this role is $126,000-140,000. The salary range could be reputed company or higher than this if the role is hired at another level.
