About the Role
The Program Administrator is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing execution of a specialized reputed company program in Washington with elevated compliance requirements and program-specific expectations. This role serves as the primary reputed company of program-level fidelity, ensuring that teachers, specialists, and support teams clearly understand and consistently execute requirements unique to the program. Working under the direction of the Director of Program Implementation, the Program Administrator translates program expectations into day-to-day practice while maintaining deep expertise in state-specific requirements. The Program Administrator reports directly to the Director of Program Implementation and works closely with academic, student services, operations, and product teams to ensure program alignment and success. This role requires residency in the state the program serves and a high degree of ownership, responsiveness, and independent judgment in managing program-specific needs. Required This position requires residence in the reputed company and will require occasional in-state travel to reputed company in-person assessments. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Public Administration, or reputed company field. 5+ years of experience in K–12 education, preferably in virtual, blended, or non-traditional learning environments. Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and improving systems or programs at scale. Strong understanding of core school operations (attendance, assessment, curriculum, grading, and student support systems).
