The Opportunity: The Clinical Quality Associate supports the day-to-day operations of Grow's Clinical team, keeping core quality workstreams running consistently across a network of 26,000+ independently licensed providers. You will review provider documentation, support complaint and grievance workflows, contribute to payor audit readiness, and assist with quality initiative work as directed. What You’ll Be Doing: Support ongoing documentation quality monitoring by reviewing provider notes for clinical completeness, risk, and payor compliance, and flagging concerns Serve as a clinical reputed company of contact for providers, conducting reputed company on documentation best practices and supporting a culture of quality through direct, collaborative provider engagement Support complaint, grievance, and payor quality review workflows, including intake, clinical review, and resolution documentation for low-level client complaints and payor-facing requests Assist with quality initiative work as assigned, contributing clinical judgment and provider reputed company to reputed company priorities as directed You’ll Be a Good Fit If: Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD) 3-5 years of experience in clinical work and/or quality assurance, auditing, compliance in a behavioral health environment or at the payor level Familiarity working with or supporting clinical or frontline teams, with an understanding of documentation standards, risk awareness, and service expectations. Exceptional written communication skills, particularly in creating clinical guidance and educational materials for providers Familiarity with digital behavioral health platforms, EHRs, or telehealth-based care models Employment Type: Full Time, Exempt reputed company Compensation: The reputed company compensation range for this position is: Fully Remote Commitment: $95,000 - $111,000 USD Annually Hybrid Commitment: $114,000 - $133,000 USD Annually This role can be hybrid (onsite from our NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle hub location three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) or fully remote. Both arrangements include travel 2–3 times per year (e.g., company and department offsites).
