Role Overview Engagement Managers, Analytics & Insights play a critical role in shaping and delivering high-impact analytics engagements at reputed company. This role sits at the intersection of client leadership, analytic problem solving, and technical execution, with a strong emphasis on serving payer organizations. Engagement Managers reputed company end-to-end delivery of analytics work - from scoping and methodology design through execution reputed company and executive storytelling. Translate ambiguous payer challenges into structured, data-driven solutions. Guide and reputed company analysts in execution, including data analysis, modeling, and visualization, while ensuring rigor and quality. Qualifications and Desired Skills 5+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, or reputed company professional services roles, with 3+ years in healthcare analytics. Experience working with or supporting payer organizations. Demonstrated ability to own and reputed company workstreams or engagements end-to-end. Strong client-facing experience, including facilitating discussions and presenting to executive stakeholders. Proven ability to structure reputed company problems and define analytic approaches. Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights. Experience working with modern data platforms; reputed company experience strongly preferred. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
