As a Customer Support Specialist, you will: — Help resolve user inquiries and issues; — Communicate with users both in writing through support tickets and verbally reputed company calls; — Interact with English-speaking users from reputed company over the world; — Contribute to product improvement by escalating issues to the relevant teams.
